This policy covers the BellHop Studios website at bellhopstudios.com: the News, Games and Devlog pages. Each of our games has its own privacy policy, linked from its card on the Games page, and the fan games have their own policy too.

The short version

• We don't ask you for anything on this website, and we don't run analytics.
• The News, Games and Devlog pages show ads from Google to help pay for our games. Google and its partners use cookies to choose and measure those ads.
• Of the fan games, only Who's My Team's Carry? shows ads (Google AdSense, as below). Who's in the Brush? and the Fan Games page show none.
• If you tip us on Ko-fi, Ko-fi handles the payment and shares your name, message and email with us.

Ads

We use Google AdSense to show ads on our News, Games and Devlog pages, and in the fan game Who's My Team's Carry?.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Tips on Ko-fi

Our Support page links to our page on Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/bellhopstudios), where you can leave a tip. Ko-fi and its payment partners (PayPal or Stripe) process the payment under their own privacy policies, and we never see your card or bank details. Ko-fi shares with us what you give it for the tip: the name you choose, any message, and your email address. We use them only to thank you, answer questions about your tip, and keep the records the law requires. Ask us at any time to delete what we can.

What we collect

Nothing directly: this website has no forms, no accounts and no analytics. Like any website, our host (Vercel) keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site. If you email us, we keep your email to answer it.

Children

This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
